All our shoes are shipped with UPS EXPRESS SERVICE, DHL EXPRESS SERVICE and for Italy only with BARTOLINI EXPRESS. Delivery to Italy is FREE OF CHARGE and will takes 3 days. Delivery to Europe will be charged 30€ and will takes 3-5 days Delivery to Switzerland will be charged 30€ for delivery duty paid and will takes 3-5 days. Delivery to GB/UK will be charged 40€ for delivery duty paid and will takes 3-5 days. Delivery to USA/RUSSIA and other countries will be charged 65€ for delivery duty paid and will takes depending the state 5-7 days. Delivery days are considered working days. Please note that these delivery times are provided only as a guideline and do not take into consideration possible delays caused by payment authorization or any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Our goal, in accordance with our Logistical Partner, is to prepare your order within 24 hrs. from the time your order is received. Please note that delivery times commence from the date of dispatch.A signature will be required upon delivery of the UPS parcel. If there is no one available at time of delivery to sign for the parcel, a receipt will be left for you to re-schedule the delivery.With a signature you confirm receipt of delivery and fulfillment of the purchase agreement.From this point on the responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
Returns Policy
WE WILL ORGANIZE EVERYTHING FOR YOU, THE RETURN PROCESS WILL BE VERY FAST AND VERY EASY. To return an item, please first email to us customerservice@desienashoes.com with the reason for your return. We will provide you with a RETURN CODE NUMBER ( RCN) to fill out on the RETURN PROFORMA INVOICE you will find together with all the other documents into the parcel. Fill out 2 copies of the RETURN PROFORMA INVOICE with all the required information, and schedule the pick-up of the parcel within 7 days from the date you received it.

Termini di restituzione
ORGANIZZIAMO TUTTO PER TE, IL PROCESSO DI RESO SARÀ MOLTO VELOCE E MOLTO FACILE. Per restituire un articolo, inviaci prima un'e-mail a customerservice@desienashoes.com indicando il motivo del tuo reso. Ti forniremo un NUMERO DI CODICE DI RESO (RCN) da compilare sulla FATTURA DI RITORNO PROFORMA che troverai insieme a tutti gli altri documenti nel pacco. Compila 2 copie della FATTURA DI RESO PROFORMA con tutte le informazioni richieste e pianifica il ritiro del pacco entro 7 giorni dalla data di ricezione.
