Alle unsere Schuhe werden mit UPS EXPRESS SERVICE, DHL EXPRESS SERVICE und nur für Italien mit BARTOLINI EXPRESS versendet. Die Lieferung nach Italien ist KOSTENLOS und dauert 3 Tage. Die Lieferung nach Europa kostet 30 € und dauert 3-5 Tage. Die Lieferung in die Schweiz kostet 30 € für die Lieferung mit Zollgebühren bezahlt und dauert 3-5 Tage. Die Lieferung nach GB/UK kostet 40 € für die Lieferung mit Zollgebühren bezahlt und dauert 3-5 Tage. Die Lieferung in die USA/RUSSLAND und in andere Länder kostet 65 € für die Lieferung mit Zollgebühren bezahlt und dauert je nach Bundesstaat 5-7 Tage. Die Lieferzeiten gelten als Werktage. Bitte beachten Sie, dass diese Lieferzeiten nur als Richtlinie dienen und mögliche Verzögerungen durch die Zahlungsautorisierung oder Verzögerungen durch die Zollabfertigungsprozesse am Zielort nicht berücksichtigt werden. Rückgaberecht

Um einen Artikel zurückzugeben, senden Sie uns bitte zuerst eine E-Mail an customerservice@desienashoes.com mit dem Grund für Ihre Rückgabe. Wir werden Ihnen eine RÜCKGABECODE-NUMMER (RCN) zur Verfügung stellen, die Sie auf der RÜCKGABE-PROFORMARECHNUNG ausfüllen, die Sie zusammen mit allen anderen Dokumenten im Paket finden. Füllen Sie 2 Kopien der RÜCKGABE-PROFORMARECHNUNG mit allen erforderlichen Informationen aus und planen Sie die Abholung des Pakets innerhalb von 7 Tagen ab dem Datum, an dem Sie es erhalten haben.

All our shoes are shipped with DHL EXPRESS SERVICE and for Italy only with BARTOLINI EXPRESS. Delivery to Italy is FREE OF CHARGE and will take 3 days. Delivery to Europe will be charged 30€ and will take 3-5 days. Delivery to Switzerland will be charged 30€ and will take 3-5 days. Delivery to GB/UK will be charged 40€ and will take 3-5 days. Delivery to USA/RUSSIA and other countries will be charged 80€ and will take 5-7 days depending on the state. For delivery destinations outside the EU, the price you pay at checkout will exclude import duties and sales taxes. Instead, you’ll need to pay these directly to our courier to release your order from customs. As we're unable to advise the exact amount, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing a Delivery. Delivery days are considered working days. Please note that these delivery times are provided only as a guideline and do not take into consideration possible delays caused by payment authorization or any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Our goal, in accordance with our Logistical Partner, is to prepare your order within 24 hrs. from the time your order is received. Please note that delivery times commence from the date of dispatch. A signature will be required upon delivery of the DHL parcel. Returns Policy
To return an item, please first email to customerservice@desienashoes.com with the reason for your return. We will then provide you with a Proforma Invoice and a Return Authorisation to enclose to the parcel. RETURNS ARE AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE and have to be processed within 7 days after receipt of the goods.
